The Toy-Building Charity Challenge is a hands-on activity that combines teamwork, creativity, and purpose. Each group receives a wooden toy kit – often cars, but sometimes other classic toys – all pre-cut and ready to assemble with just a screwdriver. Teams work together to build their toy step by step, then bring it to life with paint, colors, and decorations inspired by their imagination.
Once complete, teams showcase their designs, vote on the favourite, and cap it all with a fun mini-race or reveal. The best part? Every toy is donated to a local children’s charity, turning collaboration and creativity into real-world impact.
This event is engaging for everyone, offering an accessible, hands-on challenge that strengthens teamwork, sparks creativity, and builds a powerful sense of shared pride. It’s the perfect way to connect your team while also giving back to the community.
Event Schedule (2 – 3 hours)
- Welcome & Introduction – Kick-off and overview of the charity impact
- Team Formation – Groups receive their toy kits
- Assembly & Decoration – Build and personalize with paint, colors, and creative flair
- Showcase & Voting – Teams present their creations and vote on favourites
